Terms of Service

By using Pritialab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Pritialab and represent that you meet this requirement. We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes through the app or another reasonable method. Your continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Pritialab is a shopping comparison and discovery tool that aggregates prices and product data from third-party retailers. Features include algorithmic rankings, optional AI-assisted query optimization and Smart Picks, AI Decide comparisons, specification normalization, review summaries, translations, barcode scanning, and AI product identification. We provide information only; we do not sell products or broker transactions.

Use Pritialab only for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not misuse the app, including by attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, modify, disrupt, or redistribute the app or its services, or by using them for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activity.

Pritialab, including its software, interface designs, logos, original text, graphics, and features, is the intellectual property of Kaiwen Du and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Third-party retailer names, trademarks, product information, and content belong to their respective owners. Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the app on your personal device solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Barcode scanning and AI product identification require camera access. Barcode detection runs locally on your device. When you choose AI product identification, the captured photo is transmitted for processing. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to photograph products or barcodes in your environment.

Prices, availability, product descriptions, reviews, and seller information originate from retailers and third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. AI-generated results (including query optimization, Smart Picks, AI Decide, summaries, normalized specifications, and translations) are informational, may contain errors, and do not constitute professional, financial, or market-timing advice. They do not guarantee the best deal. Always verify prices, product details, and terms with the retailer before purchasing.

Pritialab is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pritialab is not liable for incorrect or unavailable product information, retailer actions, or problems arising from third-party purchases. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Signed-in searches may require Pritties, which can be earned by viewing rewarded ads. Pritties are in-app promotional tokens with no monetary value, cannot be purchased or exchanged for cash, and may be subject to balance or expiration limits. Guest searches are subject to daily quotas and ad-supported access as determined by the app. Repeating locally cached searches may not require an ad.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Pritialab without prior notice if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by selecting Delete Account in the app menu. Upon account deletion or termination, accumulated Pritties and rewards are permanently forfeited without compensation. Account data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Pritialab links to supported third-party retailers. Store availability varies by country and may change, and experimental integrations may be unstable. Guest access is limited to stores shown in the app. We do not control and are not responsible for retailer websites, pricing, fulfillment, returns, security, or privacy practices.

The "Hide Explicits" feature is intended to filter adult content but may not identify every explicit listing. Disable it only if you are of legal adult age in your jurisdiction and specifically intend to view such products.

Some eBay links include eBay Partner Network tracking parameters. If an eligible purchase is credited through one of those links, Pritialab may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate tracking does not guarantee or influence retailer prices. Amazon links are not currently affiliate links.

Pritialab is an independent comparison tool and is not sponsored by or endorsed by Amazon, eBay, or any other listed retailer.

If you enable notifications, Pritialab may send price-watch alerts, deal notifications, service messages, promotions, or affiliate links. Available controls may differ by feature. You can disable notifications in the app's Preferences or your device settings.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
